What products do I need to purchase to be eligible for the Swisse Money Back Taste Guarantee promotion?
To be eligible to claim in the Swisse Money Back Taste Guarantee promotion you need to have purchased one of the following products within the purchase period 00:01 AEST on 27 September 2019 until 23:59 AEDT on 27 March 2020.

Where can I purchase products from the new Swisse Kids range to participate in the Swisse Money Back Taste Guarantee promotion?
Any retailer in Australia both in-store or online that stocks the new Swisse Kids range.
Once I've purchased, how do I claim?
Retain the original itemised receipt issued by an authorised Australian retailer for the purchase of a product from the new Swisse Kids range. Visit swisse.com.au/tasteguarantee follow the links to the promotion claim page and
complete the online claim form including uploading your valid itemised purchase receipt, indicating the eligible product that you purchased, the last four digits of the product barcode and which store you made your qualifying
purchase at. Once your child has tried the product you will need to provide a fifteen (15) word minimum statement on what your child thought about the taste of the eligible product and why it didn't meet their expectations (must
be a negative statement).

How do I know if my receipt is itemised?
An itemised receipt will include the following details:
- List of all products purchased and their price
- Store name
- Date and time of transaction
How do I upload my receipt to the claim website?
Scan or take a photo of your purchase receipt, save the file in JPG, PDF or PNG format, use the button to browse for the image and select the file. Please ensure the file size is under 5MB. Your image will be automatically uploaded once selected.
What other information will I need to provide?
Name, postal address, store of purchase and suburb, product purchased, phone number and DOB. You will also need to provide the last 4 digits of the product barcode purchased. The barcode can be found on the back label of the new Swisse Kids range products. A fifteen (15) word minimum statement as to what your child thought about the taste of the eligible product and why it didn't meet their expectations (must be a negative statement).

How will I know if my claim has been received?
You will receive an email confirmation that your claim has been received once your claim has been submitted. Please ensure you check all mailboxes including your junk or clutter.
How will I know if my claim has been validated?
You will receive an email confirmation once your claim has been validated. Please allow up to 72 hours.
How many claims can I make?
You can claim once per eligible product per household, up to a total of seven (7) claims across the new Swisse Kids range.
When can I claim?
You can claim from 00:01 AEST on 27 September 2019 until 23:59 AEDT on 27 March 2020.
How much money will I receive back?
Your eftpos card will equate to the total amount that you spent on each individual product at the date of purchase (including GST).
How will I receive my eftpos card?
Once your claim has been validated you will receive an email confirmation and your eftpos card will be sent in the post. Please note it can take up to 28 days to receive your card.
How long do I have to redeem my eftpos card?
Your eftpos gift card requires activation within three months from the date of the card issue date. Claimants must refer to the instructions provided with the issuing letter to activate. The eftpos gift card can be used from 12pm the next business day after the date of activation and is valid for twelve months from the date of activation, after which time it will expire. To activate the card, go online to www.activatethecard.com.au and enter your first name, last name and email address as the requested details.
